How do I Enter the Raffle?

Simply click on the raffle link, create an account, and purchase your tickets.
Each ticket is one entry into the draw, and you can buy as many as you like.

How Much are Tickets?

Tickets start from just £5, with great value bundles available (e.g. £5 = 25 tickets, £10 = 50 tickets, £15 = 75 tickets, £20 = 100 tickets).

When Does the Raffle End?

The raffle will close on the date listed on our Raffall page 1st January 2026, or sooner if all tickets sell out. The winner is chosen at random as soon as the raffle ends.

Is the Draw Fair?

Yes, the winner is chosen at random by Raffall’s secure and independent system, so it’s completely fair and transparent.

What Happens if the Target isn’t Reached?

If we don’t hit the ticket sales target, the winner will still receive a cash prize equal to 50% of all ticket sales.
Raffall take 10% and the remaining goes to Jennie & John to cover their costs.

Do I Need to Pay any Legal or Transfer Fees if I Win the Property?

No, the winner gets the property mortgage-free, and stamp duty covered with no fees to pay.

Can Anyone Enter?

You must be over 18 and meet Raffall’s eligibility criteria. Full terms and conditions are available on the Raffall website.
